Refunds

I understand that all sales are final and that no refunds will be given under any circumstances. 

Confirmation of Appointment:

Reminder text/email messages are sent out 1 day prior to your appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact the salon immediately to cancel or reschedule. If you No Show for your appointment you are at risk of being unable to rebook any further appointments.

We reserves the rights to refuse service and cancel appointments without notice if terms and conditions are violated.

Late to Appointments:

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment please notify by calling the salon. This may result in your appointment being rescheduled or shortened at our discretion.

Aftercare products are recommenced with all our treatments, if you decide to go against our recommended products we cannot guarantee the side effects of those products towards your treatment you have had.

We require all clients that have existing lashes from another salon to have either a 4 week refill or a new full set of extensions so we are able to ensure that your lashes are up to Hollywood Lash Studio standards.

All clients must disclose any type of allergy or previous reactions they may have to any products or ingredients used during a lash appointment. If a reaction is to occur you must fully understand that it is out of our hands and as technicians we can only do so much to help prevent such thing. If your skin decides to react it will. We offer test patches for people who may be concerned with having an allergy
